30-day returns

• Return your PasCalculator within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Any reason counts, including "my school won't allow it".
• Opening it and trying it is fine. Please send it back with its box and cable.
• Start a return by emailing support@pascalculator.com with your order number. We send you a shipping label.
• Return shipping is free if it's faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Otherwise the cost of the label is shown before you agree.
• Please use our label. The PasCalculator has a lithium battery inside, and only some shipping methods allow it. Our label always uses one that does.
• We refund to the way you paid, within 5 business days of the return arriving to be confirmed.

Faulty when it arrives

Tell us within 30 days. We ship a replacement first, then send a free label for the faulty one.

Paid plans for Cal

• Plans aren't final yet. When they start, you can cancel any time in one place in the app or on this website, with no phone call.
• Cancel within 14 days of buying or renewing a plan and we refund that payment.
• Yearly plans: we remind you 30 to 60 days before each renewal, and you can cancel without a penalty.
• Plans bought inside the iPhone app are refunded through Apple, under Apple's rules.

What we can't refund

• Damage from drops, water, or opening the case (the battery door is fine). We offer a paid repair instead.
• Gift cards.

Duties

For US orders we pay the import duties, so nothing is due at your door. If you return an order, we refund the price you paid us.
